Items shipped from webshops of Blue Omnia bv, such as BalanceTray.com, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Return conditions
It can take up to 20 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes at least 5 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Returns need to be done in the original package. Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and a clear written reason for return has been provided, including your name, address, accountnumber and ordernumber.

Mistaken returns
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. Blue Omnia bv does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to our fulfilment center, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to our fulfilment center.

Returns, refunds and title
Blue Omnia bv does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Blue Omnia bv does not take title to the refunded item.
